About this role
Innovive Health is a mission-driven organization focused on making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families. The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams, coordinating new hire processes and maintaining employee records.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate the onboarding process from offer acceptance through new hire orientation
- Process background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment requirements
- Prepare and maintain employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Facilitate new hire orientation, including first-day setup, I-9 completion, and onboarding documentation
- Verify employment eligibility and maintain I-9 records in compliance with federal regulations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, onboarding, and general HR processes
- Process employee status changes, terminations, and other HR transactions
- Assist with HR compliance initiatives, including licensure, certification, and training audits
- Maintain HR documentation, correspondence, and personnel files
- Support HR projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Operations, and Clinical Leadership to ensure an exceptional employee experience
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Interest in growing a career in Human Resources, with a desire to develop into an HR Generalist role
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- 1–3 years of Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce experience preferred)
