About this role
Marshall Investigative Group is an equal opportunity employer seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator. The role supports onboarding, employee documentation, compliance tracking, reporting, payroll and benefits administration, and HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and complete onboarding documentation
- Ensure all required employment documents are properly completed and retained
- Review and monitor pre-employment background check results
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Update employee profiles, employment changes, organizational information, and personnel records
- Assist with employee badge creation and distribution
- Prepare employment verification requests and routine employee documentation
- Track onboarding compliance requirements and outstanding employee documentation
- Partner with Licensing and HR teams to support employee licensing compliance requirements
- Support employee training and compliance tracking activities
- Respond to routine employee questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate HR team member
- Assist with benefits enrollment activities and employee communications

- * 1-3 years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative, or Operations experience preferred
- * Experience working within an HRIS system preferred
- * Multi-state workforce support experience is a plus
- * Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
