Human Resources Coordinator

Old Colony Elder Services (OCES) supports elders and adults with disabilities by coordinating vital information and services that promote healthy and safe lives. The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department, manage HRIS learning and performance functions, coordinate employee reviews, and support professional development and HR reporting.

What you'll do:

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
• Administer the learning and performance management sections of HRIS system
• Coordinate the employee review process and overall monitor staff progress/performance to compile feedback for management
• Assist with maintenance of other sections of HRIS system
• Plan, schedule, and communicate about professional development programs
• Provide OCES with monthly HR updates and awards (newsletter)
• Help with HR related quality issues
• Compile information and reports as requested
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Degree preferred
• Bilingual preferred
