About this role

Pace Industries, LLC is a die casting manufacturer and engineering solutions supplier. The Human Resources Coordinator provides front-line HR support in an on-site manufacturing environment, assisting employees and coordinating recruiting, onboarding, payroll/timekeeping, benefits, records, communications, compliance, and HR activities.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee HR questions and requests
  • Assist employees with HR forms, benefits information, payroll/timekeeping questions, attendance matters, and HR systems
  • Coordinate on-site HR activities, employee communications, meetings, training, and recognition programs
  • Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR system information
  • Process routine employee changes and HR documentation
  • Support supervisors with established HR processes, forms, and documentation
  • Maintain a visible and approachable HR presence throughout the facility and across shifts as needed
  • Identify employee concerns or sensitive matters requiring additional review and promptly escalate them to HR leadership
  • Assist with HR projects, audits, compliance activities, and other duties as assigned

  • This is an on-site position in an active die casting manufacturing facility
  • Regular interaction with employees on the production floor is expected, and appropriate PPE must be worn in designated areas
  • Some schedule flexibility may be required to support multiple shifts
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of HR, administrative, payroll, recruiting, or related experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
  • Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems preferred
