Human Resources Coordinator

Propark Mobility is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join its corporate HR team in Hartford, Connecticut. The role serves as a first point of contact for HR inquiries and supports onboarding, employee relations, employment verifications, HRIS data maintenance, compliance audits, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing support via phone and ticket system
• Assist with onboarding, pre-employment checks (WOTC, drug testing, background checks), and employee experience administration
• Help with employee relations, including investigations and complaints
• Manage employment verifications and unemployment claims through ADP Case Builder
• Maintain and audit electronic employee files and HRIS data for accuracy
• Support compliance audits and coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
• General knowledge of HR principles and terminology
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and effective time management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business communication tools
