Human Resources Coordinator

Sadoff Iron and Metal is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, applicants, and customers while supporting front office operations. The role supports recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, HR records, training, payroll backup, compliance, and other administrative initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Welcome visitors, applicants, vendors, and employees
• Manage incoming calls and company phone system
• Maintain office and lunchroom supplies
• Coordinate company luncheons and employee events
• Assist with general administrative projects and communications
• Support professional and welcoming office operations
• Review employment applications and resumes
• Conduct initial candidate phone screenings
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Support employee communications and engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records and documentation
