Human Resources Coordinator

Signature Homes is an employee-owned homebuilding company focused on creating great communities and delivering a world-class building experience. The Human Resources Coordinator will support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and the employee experience.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer administration
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
• Lead onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless start
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, company events, team outings, recognition programs, and employee communications
• Manage employee technology and equipment administration, including phones, computers, and mobile devices
• Maintain HR records, reports, personnel files, and other administrative processes
• Administer the company store and employee appreciation programs
• Process department expense reports
• Assist with HR reporting, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms; ADP experience a plus!
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Passion for creating a positive employee experience and workplace culture
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred, or two years of related human resources experience
