Human Resources Coordinator

Sound Credit Union is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support accurate, compliant, and employee-focused HR operations. The role produces workforce analytics and reporting, manages HR records and compliance activities, and improves HR processes, automation, and employee recognition programs.

What you'll do:

• Produce workforce analytics, reporting, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning
• Ensure HR compliance through records management, audits, vendor governance, job description administration, and regulatory reporting
• Enhance employee experience and HR operations through data management, process improvements, automation, and employee recognition programs

What they're looking for:

• 1+ years of Human Resources experience required, including HRIS, people analytics/reporting, and/or employment law, policy, or HR process support. A combination of HR work experience and education may satisfy this requirement
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be bondable
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or closely related field preferred
