What you'll do:
- Provide day-to-day support for HR operations
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documentation, correspondence, and reports
- Support compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and employment regulations
- Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports related to workforce metrics
- Assist with data gathering and preparation for audits, regulatory reporting, and HR projects
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and process efficiency
- Support annual HR processes including performance management, compensation reviews, compliance training, and open enrollment activities
- Assist with documenting and updating HR procedures and workflows
- Participate in HR initiatives and special projects

- Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of employment practices and HR processes
- Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR
- Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and document management systems preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
