  • Maintain accurate employee, position, and organizational records while ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for routine HR and payroll-related inquiries
  • Partner with university stakeholders to resolve transactional and operational matters
  • Monitor and track HR transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completion
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and employment-related documentation
  • Support process improvement initiatives, special projects, and organizational priorities as assigned

What they're looking for:

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Regular onsite presence is required to support operational and business needs
  • Will be expected to maintain a regular onsite presence at both institutes
  • Experience supporting high-volume administrative, HR, payroll, or transactional operations is strongly preferred
  • * Prior experience supporting HR, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, or other high-volume administrative operations
  • * Strong administrative processing, organizational, and documentation management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • * Experience using Workday or a similar HR information system
  • * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with Lucidchart or similar workflow/documentation tools preferred
  • * Experience working in higher education or another complex administrative environment
  • * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

  • These positions are eligible for hybrid work arrangements; however, regular onsite presence is required to support operational and business needs.
