Human Resources Coordinator (Entry Level)

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is a premier hotel in downtown Salt Lake City that values personal connections, teamwork, and exceptional service. The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources office by providing administrative assistance, coordinating colleague relations initiatives, safeguarding confidential information, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities.

What you'll do:

• Welcoming colleagues, applicants, and visitors while providing exceptional administrative support
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Responding to colleague and applicant inquiries
• Managing walk-in requests
• Maintaining the HR office environment
• Coordinating colleague relations initiatives
• Supporting special projects
• Safeguarding confidential employee information
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities

What they're looking for:

• * Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
• * A genuine passion for serving others and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• * Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
• * Strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• * Previous Human Resources experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
