Human Resources Coordinator - Pittsburgh, PA

What you'll do:

• Serves as a primary contact for faculty, staff, union, and students regarding all payroll actions and issues and provides support and guidance
• Reviews and corrects record changes, payroll actions, employment forms, and payroll registers
• Approves recruitment actions, requests, and reclassifications; onboards new and rehired faculty, staff, and students
• Performs data entry and maintains all filing systems
• Ensures accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
• Assist in processing payroll and Human Resources related tasks including but not limited to filing, employee outreach ect

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement
