They are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires maintaining compliance with employment laws and gaming regulations while delivering exceptional internal customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare offer letters, background check documentation, and pre-employment paperwork
  • Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure positive employee experience
  • Ensure all required hiring documents, employment forms, and compliance paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with employment verifications and onboarding follow-up activities
  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files and electronic HRIS records
  • Process employee status changes, transfers, promotions, wage adjustments, and separations
  • Track employee badges, gaming licenses, certifications, and other required credentials
  • Assist with HR reporting, document retention, and departmental recordkeeping
  • Support payroll by ensuring employee information is complete and accurate
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and HR programs
  • Assist with employee recognition, engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and special events

What they're looking for:

  • Human Resources equivalent experience may be considered
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources principles, employment laws, and HRIS systems
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative HR team
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to move through multiple resort facilities as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones
  • Ability to occasionally work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
