About this role
Enstrom Helicopter Corporation is seeking a Human Resources & Front Office Coordinator to support its team. The role combines generalist-level Human Resources activities, including onboarding, recruiting coordination, records administration, and employee support, with serving as the primary receptionist and front-office resource for employees, customers, applicants, visitors, and vendors.
What you'll do:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Recruiting and interview coordination
- Employee records, documentation, and HR system updates
- Training and employee communication support
- Benefits, payroll, and timekeeping administration as assigned
- Preparation of HR documents, reports, and correspondence
- Employee questions and general HR support
- Other HR projects and initiatives as opportunities arise
- Welcoming customers, visitors, applicants, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering incoming calls and asking appropriate questions to understand what the caller needs before directing the call
- Helping customers connect with the **right resource the first time**, rather than transferring them from person to person
- Developing an understanding of Enstrom’s departments, products, services, and internal resources in order to confidently assist callers and visitors
What they're looking for:
- * Professional, approachable, and comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization
- * Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality when working with employee and business information
- * Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- * Curious and willing to ask questions rather than simply passing a request along
- * Service-minded with a desire to provide a positive experience to employees and customers
- * Comfortable managing multiple priorities and interruptions throughout the day
- * Motivated to learn, grow, and take on increased HR responsibility over time
- * Previous customer service, reception, administrative, or office experience
- * Strong written and verbal communication skills
- * Comfortable learning HR systems, Microsoft Office, and other business systems
- * Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- * Previous Human Resources experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate
