Human Resources Intern

Acutis Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support its HR team and provide hands-on experience across human resources functions. The intern will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and talent management.

What you'll do:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events
• Support HR projects related to talent acquisition, training, and employee development
• Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
