Human Resources Intern

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is a platform of elite aesthetic practices throughout the United States. This unpaid internship offers a great opportunity for a student or early-career professional to build foundational HR skills across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

What you'll do:

• Help maintain and update employee records in our HRIS
• Assist with organizing HR files, policies, and compliance documentation
• Help draft internal communications (announcements, newsletters, etc.)
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
