Human Resources Intern

Bluegrass Stream is hiring a Human Resources Intern to support HR processes for its protective services workforce. The role assists with recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee records, documentation, compliance, and diversity initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination for the protective services workforce
• Support HR data management and maintain accurate employee records
• Prepare HR documents and help ensure compliance and diversity initiatives
• Collaborate closely with experienced HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in core HR processes
• Contribute to maintaining a safety-focused and professional culture
