Human Resources Intern

Jockey International, Inc. is a family-owned apparel company committed to quality, innovation, and customer service. The Human Resources Intern will support core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, compliance, reporting, and process improvement.

What you'll do:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interviewing, candidate scheduling, and applicant tracking
• Provide administrative support for HR programs, projects, and daily operations
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications
• Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related materials as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment practices
• Collaborate with HR team members on process improvements and departmental initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• **Ability to work in-person at our Corporate HQ in Kenosha, WI.**(No relocation or housing stipend provided for this position.)
• Previous internship, administrative, or customer service experience
• Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
