Human Resources Intern

Keystone Custom Homes is a leading homebuilder in the region, known for our quality craftsmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction. They are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions.

What you'll do:

• Support the open enrollment process and assist with benefits-related tasks
• Help monitor job openings and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases
• Provide general administrative support and contribute to other HR projects as needed

What they're looking for:

• Are working toward a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Possess Strong organizational and communication skills
• Enjoy working with HR software and databases
• Are a go getter and extremely detail oriented
• Have a proven track record of providing excellent Customer Service to both Internal and External Customers
• Embody a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
