Human Resources Intern

Process Technology is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join its HR team. The role provides hands-on experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Help coordinate onboarding activities and new hire orientation
• Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
• Support employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives
• Participate in HR projects related to process improvement, training, and talent management
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and HR-related documents
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous internship, administrative, customer service, or office experience
• Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting platforms
• Interest in recruiting, employee relations, talent acquisition, or HR operations
