Human Resources Intern

Radio Flyer is a toy industry company known for its iconic little red wagon and innovative family products. The Human Resources Intern will support talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, benefits, HR operations, and the summer internship program while assisting employees and creating employment brand content.

What you'll do:

• Assist in culture building programs by helping to execute strategies, events, evaluations and communication
• Respond to employee and intern requests with responsive follow-up and appropriate escalation
• Support the execution of the summer internship program and engagement activities
• Create content for the Radio Flyer employment brand social media outreach through management of Radio Flyer's social media pages related to jobs/careers
• Conduct research needed for the HR department including recruiting, policies, learning and development, benefits, compensation, etc
• Provide day-to-day support across all Human Resource programs and compliance initiatives
• Other tasks and projects, as assigned

What they're looking for:

• The ideal candidate will be in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development or related field with a 3.0+ grade point average
• Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets, including cleaning, organizing, validating, and summarizing data
• Experience with PowerPoint and ability to present insights in a clear, polished, and audience-appropriate format
• Experience with AI Tools or other reporting/data visualization tool
• ADP Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems– Workforce Now preferred
