Human Resources Intern

Urban League of Broward County is seeking a Human Resources Intern for their Student Internship Program. The intern will assist the Human Resources team with various administrative tasks and special projects aimed at enhancing the organization's efforts to serve disenfranchised communities.

What you'll do:

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department staff
• Assist in preparing for job fairs
• Assist in completing special projects
• Assist in preparing for funder audits
• Assist in creating the monthly HR newsletters
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

What they're looking for:

• Exceptional undergraduate and graduate students are invited to apply and must have a current minimum GPA of 3.0
• Must have a valid Florida Driver License and/or reliable transportation to/from worksite
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 criminal background check and drug screening
• Coursework in human resources, business, or nonprofit management, preferred
