Human Resources Intern (Fall 2026)

Carolina Herrera is a globally recognized fashion label seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the HR department's daily activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Payroll & Benefits.

What you'll do:

• Assist with talent acquisition efforts
• Post, update, and remove job postings from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Schedule Interviews
• Schedule onboarding meetings
• Prepare all new hire paperwork via Docusign
• Assist with recruiting activities for the internship program:
• Post intern positions on university and internship job sites
• Screen resumes
• Schedule interviews
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding
• Act as HRBP for Intern population
• Participate in planning & organizing company events (i.e. holiday parties, lunches, fashion show viewings, intern program events, etc.)

What they're looking for:

• Student pursuing college degree in Human Resources or similar field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organization and computer skills, including MS Office
