Human Resources Intern — Recruiting (Summer 2027)

Frontier Airlines is hiring a Human Resources Intern — Recruiting to support HR operations and communications. The intern will maintain HR information and records, prepare reports and presentations, and assist with HR projects and meetings.

What you'll do:

• Respond by email, phone and in person to requests from employees, candidates and leaders as needed
• Update and maintain information in HR systems
• Assist with the filing and maintenance of HR records
• Support additional HR projects and functions as assigned
• Create and analyze Human Resources reports as assigned
• Create and update HR presentations
• Complete assigned HR projects in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with HR meetings, including reserving meeting space, preparing agendas and following up on action items

What they're looking for:

• Current enrollment in an accredited university program or graduation from an accredited university program within 12 months prior to the internship start date
• Strong office, organizational and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Preference given to candidates pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications or a related field
• Previous customer service or event-planning experience preferred
