Human Resources Intern - Spring/Summer 2027

Ruan Transportation Management Systems is offering a hybrid Human Resources internship for college students pursuing careers in human resources and related business functions. The intern will support recruiting activities, candidate experience initiatives, reporting, customer-focused business activities, financial analysis, process improvement projects, and other special assignments.

What you'll do:

• Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions
• Duties may include assisting in the preparation of reports and presentation material 25%
• Provide day-to-day business activities focused on meeting internal and external customer needs 25%
• Fully support financial business case analysis 25%
• Participate in major cost and process improvement initiatives and projects, and provide technical support in managing the business unit's financial performance. 20%
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required. 5%
