Human Resources Intern - Summer 2027

Henkel is an organization focused on innovation, sustainability, and collaboration through trusted brands and technologies. The Human Resources Intern will support employee lifecycle activities, collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on payroll, talent acquisition, and benefits projects, and contribute to initiatives promoting inclusivity and collaboration.

What you'll do:

• Partner with HR Business Partners to support key activities across the employee lifecycle, including interviews, onboarding, employee events, and offboarding
• Serve as the first point of contact for the Irvine HR space during Summer 2027, helping create a welcoming and inclusive environment
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on projects related to payroll, talent acquisition, and benefits
• Contribute to initiatives that promote inclusivity and collaboration across departments and employee groups
• Gain exposure to strategic HR functions and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic corporate setting

What they're looking for:

• An undergraduate student graduating in 2028 or 2029 pursuing a degree in social sciences or business administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Interest in Human Resources, organizational culture, and employee engagement
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality in a professional setting
