Human Resources Intern - Summer 2027

Swank Motion Pictures offers a summer internship providing practical experience in human resources within a fast-paced environment. The Human Resources Intern will assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR projects, documentation, research, and administrative tasks while working closely with the HR team.

What you'll do:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking system
• Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation
• Support HR team in various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy development
• Assist with updating and maintaining HR documentation and records
• Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices
• Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Available to work for the duration of the summer internship program
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred current Junior status with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
