Human Resources Intern (Summer 2027) - LANGE

RedGuard is offering a summer internship within its Human Capital department. The Human Resources Intern will gain exposure to multiple functional areas while supporting recruiting, maintaining HRIS and employee data, and contributing to HR projects and administrative tasks.

What you'll do:

• Assists with the recruiting process and perform tasks such as posting positions on job boards, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and sourcing candidates from job boards
• Maintains accurate and updated applicant and employee data in company HRIS and reports
• Completes tasks and projects that will help to improve the effectiveness of the HR department
• Works closely with HC staff to aid in administration tasks and special projects as needed

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a  major or minor in Human Resources, or Business Administration
• Basic understanding of the Human Resources  field
• Effective project management skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite  (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
