HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN - TEMPORARY PART TIME

Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital focused on personalized care. They are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the HR department with various tasks, including onboarding and maintaining employee data.

What you'll do:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information contained in or pertaining to personnel files
• Support the Human Resources Department in various areas
• Accurately and effectively complete onboarding process, including but not limited to conducting reference checks, setting up onboarding appointments, new hire paperwork, and badge printing
• Ensure job descriptions are signed by department managers, new employees and transferring employees
• Scanning documentation into employee files
• Assist with maintaining employee data within the HRIS system
• Other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Basic Skill Set (Read, write, speak English)
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or Business Administration, required
• Junior or Senior preferred in Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or Business Administration
