Human Resources – Intern (US)

Citadel is an alternative investment manager seeking an HR intern to support teams across the Human Resources function. The intern will contribute to HR projects, improve processes, analyze HR data, and develop solutions to talent challenges across areas such as People Operations, Benefits, Learning and Development, and People Analytics.

What you'll do:

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually challenging team
• Understand the landscape of global human resources projects and processes
• Identify and implement process-improvement opportunities
• Interpret and analyze HR data to synthesize results into actionable insights
• Develop solutions to complex talent challenges to address business needs
