Human Resources Internship - 2026-2027

Jewish Family Service of Colorado is a nonprofit human services organization that serves anyone in need. They are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the HR team with various projects, including document standardization and recruitment processes.

What you'll do:

• File project: Transfer current paper employee files to digital files on SharePoint
• Recruitment and orientation: Support hiring processes, including new hire orientation
• Homogenize documents: Ensure interview questions have an equivalent format, update questions, track search materials
• Performance management project: Assist with performance management review project

What they're looking for:

• Enrolled in an accredited degree program
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to communicate professionally with staff, volunteers, leadership, and external constituencies
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Customer-focused
• Completion of the primary COVID-19 vaccination series (per CDC guidance) is required prior to the start of employment
