About this role
ADM is a global leader in human and animal nutrition and agricultural origination and processing. The company is seeking a Human Resources Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR operations for its North American manufacturing team in a plant-based environment, including hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, compliance, employee inquiries, and HR recordkeeping.
What you'll do:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, and compliance with labor laws
- Support employee assessments and maintain updated welcome and onboarding documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries related to wages, benefits, time tracking, and company policies
- Maintain and organize HR files to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
What they're looking for:
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and summer 2029
- Minimum overall GPA of 2.8
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location
- Willingness to relocate to an ADM location in North America
- Must be available for a 12-week internship from mid-May through early August 2027
- Pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field with an expected graduation between December 2027 and Summer 2029; minimum 2.8 GPA
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR systems or metrics is a plus
