Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist

Blackburn's Physicians Pharmacy, Inc. is a healthcare organization serving patients and healthcare providers through pharmacy, medical equipment, respiratory care, rehabilitation technology, and related services. The Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist manages full-cycle recruiting while supporting onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, performance management, HR systems, reporting, and broader employee lifecycle activities.

What you'll do:

• Manage recruiting activities for assigned positions from job posting through candidate selection
• Create and maintain engaging job advertisements that accurately represent the position and help Blackburn's attract qualified applicants
• Review resumes and applications and identify candidates whose experience and skills align with position requirements
• Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner directly with managers to understand staffing needs, department expectations, and the characteristics necessary for success in each position
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networking platforms, referrals, and other recruiting resources
• Assist with employment offers, pre-employment requirements, and the transition of selected candidates into onboarding
• Support new-hire onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain accurate employee and applicant information within the company’s HR systems
• Assist employees and managers with routine HR questions while recognizing when issues require additional review or escalation
• Support employee relations, performance management, benefits, leave administration, training, and compliance activities
