Human Resources Recruiter - Part-Time

Cedarbrook Senior Living is a senior living organization focused on supporting residents and their families. The Human Resources Recruiter will conduct talent acquisition initiatives, facilitate onboarding, support interviews and job fairs, assist with exit interviews and retention initiatives, and provide general Human Resources support.

What you'll do:

• Travels to each community (Cedarbrook of Bloomfield Hills, Cedarbrook of Northville, and Cedarbrook of Rochester) to conduct talent acquisition initiatives which includes sourcing applicants, reviewing applications, prescreening applicants, scheduling interviews and coordinating the pre-employment screening process
• Facilitates onboarding initiatives including New Employee Orientation both in-person and online
• Assists the Director of Human Resources with coordinating Open Interviews and Job Fairs
• Assists with facilitating Exit Interviews and collaborates with the HR Director on developing and implementing employee retention initiatives
• Assists the Director of Human Resources with providing Human Resources support

What they're looking for:

• Experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment, preferably in the Healthcare industry
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing an orally
• Strong MS Office experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
