Major Duties
Supports staffing, recruitment, and compensation programs at local exchanges. Recruits for entry-level positions and conducts classroom onboarding.
Consults with supervisors on routine workforce and productivity issues for which there are one or more readily apparent solutions.
Provides advice on Human Resources (HR) issues following established procedures and practices.
Monitors and provides input on the effectiveness of Human Resources (HR) programs and services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
