About this role
Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Workforce Development Coordinator Co-op to support its Workforce Development team. The role focuses on planning and coordinating the COACH Internship Program, assisting with interviews and logistics, managing program inboxes, supporting recruitment initiatives, and providing broader HR assistance.
What you'll do:
- Collect and track manager requests for COACH interns; prepare requisitions for approval and posting
- Conduct virtual student interviews (high school and college)
- Assist with project planning for the summer 2027 COACH program
- Assist with program logistics, including confirming room reservations, coordinating speakers, preparing presentation materials, and supporting the end-of-program poster session
- Manage the COACH inbox and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
- Learn our employee intake system and provide triage support
- Support recruitment of Workforce Development programs
- Monitor additional Workforce Development inboxes
- Flex to department needs as they arise
- Provide support to other HR departments, as requested and time allows

- This would be your 2nd or 3rd co-op, preferably, though strong first-time co-op students who meet the required skills will also be considered
