Shop Assistant Pay (Full-Time/Hourly):
- Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

Shop Assistant Responsibilities:
- Cut metal material to size
- Assist welders and fabricators in a variety of work activities
- Occasionally pick up or deliver materials and supplies using company vehicles
- Work with all Team Members to keep shop clean and organized
- Show a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service
- Follows all GUNTHERS’ Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times
- Shows up to work on time ready to work
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS’ Core Values and Mission
- Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
Shop Assistant Qualifications:
- This is an entry level position. Prior Shop experience helpful, but not required-Will train
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
- Follows GUNTHERS’ dress and grooming polices. GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment. No smoking or vaping.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
