• A master's degree in a discipline related to human resources, social work, education, criminal justice or similar field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the following:
  • Experience investigating complaints or allegations is required
  • Experience with issues related to discrimination or sexual misconduct is preferred
• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
