The Product Management Intern will support product strategy, market and customer research, requirements definition, roadmap planning, and product analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves exploring AI-powered technologies and presenting product recommendations to stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with product managers to support product strategy, planning, and execution
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
  • Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and feature priorities
  • Analyze customer feedback, business data, and product metrics to generate insights and recommendations
  • Participate in product discovery, roadmap planning, and Agile team activities
  • Explore how AI-powered technologies can enhance products, user experiences, and business outcomes
  • Use AI tools such as IBM Bob, Claude, Copilot, or similar technologies to support research, analysis, content creation, and productivity
  • Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
  • Create and present findings, recommendations, and product-related materials to stakeholders
  • Learn and apply product management best practices, including customer-centric thinking, Agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program
  • • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and work effectively across teams

  • • Pursuing coursework in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or related fields
  • • Experience working with customers, stakeholders, or client-facing projects
  • • Familiarity with AI, Security, Automation, Cloud, or Data & Analytics concepts
  • • Experience collaborating on team projects or demonstrating leadership through academic, extracurricular, or professional activities
