10+ years IAM experience with progressive technical leadership; proven track record designing enterprise-scale IAM solutions; deep knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP; hands-on with at least two major IAM technologies; advanced degree or certifications (CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF).
