Information Security Analyst I, South Bend, IN (On-Site)

1st Source Bank is seeking an Information Security Analyst I to coordinate, audit, and monitor departmental and corporate disaster recovery planning. The role educates users, schedules and reports plan testing, evaluates plan updates, assists with data security functions, and ensures compliance with applicable banking regulations.

What you'll do:

• Educates computer users on disaster recovery guidelines and plan development requirements
• Schedules, monitors and reports plan testing to the management recovery team
• Evaluates and reports plan updates and maintenance to the recovery team
• Remains current with the industry in the areas of disaster recovery processes and appropriate governing requirements
• Assists with data security functions
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
• Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position
• Must understand all applicable banking laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel to all locations as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk; use hands and fingers to operate keyboard and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop or kneel. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• One (1) to three (3) years experience preferred or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• Prior MS/Network/LAN experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or MSCE certification preferred
