Information Security Analyst Intern*

Universal Health Services, Inc. is a healthcare services provider with a Corporate Information Services team focused on technology solutions that improve healthcare quality, safety, and patient care. The Information Security Intern will work on meaningful projects, develop technical skills, collaborate with various teams, and learn about healthcare information systems through mentorship and job shadowing.

What you'll do:

• Participates in lunch and learn sessions to collaborate on UHS IS priorities
• Participates in IS projects
• Shadows Information Services employees to learn the different roles
• Gains familiarity with different healthcare IS systems

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Security or a related degree from accredited college or university. Student must be rising into senior year (at minimum, must have 1st semester of junior year completed)
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Desire to learn and share ideas in a collaborative work environment
• Healthcare experience preferred
