Information Security Analyst Intern*

Universal Health Services, Inc. provides hospital and healthcare services through its subsidiaries. The Information Security Intern will support information services projects, develop technical skills, collaborate with healthcare technology teams, and gain familiarity with healthcare information systems through project participation, shadowing, and learning sessions.

What you'll do:

• Participates in lunch and learn sessions to collaborate on UHS IS priorities
• Participates in IS projects
• Shadows Information Services employees to learn the different roles
• Gains familiarity with different healthcare IS systems

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Security or a related degree from accredited college or university. Student must be rising into senior year (at minimum, must have 1st semester of junior year completed)
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Desire to learn and share ideas in a collaborative work environment
• Healthcare experience preferred
