Information Security Analyst Intern*

Universal Health Services, Inc. is a healthcare services organization with a Corporate Information Services team focused on technology solutions that improve healthcare quality, safety, and patient care. The Information Security Analyst Intern will work on meaningful information security and IS projects, collaborate with various teams, shadow Information Services employees, and develop familiarity with healthcare IS systems.

What you'll do:

• Participates in lunch and learn sessions to collaborate on UHS IS priorities
• Participates in IS projects
• Shadows Information Services employees to learn the different roles
• Gains familiarity with different healthcare IS systems

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Security or a related degree from accredited college or university. Student must be rising into senior year (at minimum, must have 1st semester of junior year completed)
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications ‘
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Desire to learn and share ideas in a collaborative work environment
• Healthcare experience preferred
