About this role
The Information Assistant provides a friendly greeting, determines what type of assistance is required, and takes appropriate action. The Information Assistant also distributes ID badges to contractors and vendors from the DPS office. The Information Assistant maintains the officer's daily activity log writes memo, maintains the lost and found log, and answers telephones and other duties as directed by the DPS manager and supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year experience with administrative office duties.
