Information Security Engineer, Internship

Palantir Technologies builds software for data-driven decisions and operations. The Information Security Engineer Intern will work on impactful security projects, independently own initiatives from beginning to end, collaborate with internal teams and customers, and develop security expertise through experiential learning.

What you'll do:

• Impact: We address meaningful and exciting projects that change the security of Palantir for the better
• Ownership: We see projects through from beginning to end, working through any obstacles we may encounter. We trust each other to effectively handle time and priorities and give people the space to think for themselves
• Collaboration: We work internally with people from a variety of backgrounds. We also work externally with our customers, to understand and tackle their problems

What they're looking for:

• Strong desire to own impactful security outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
• Ability to independently own projects and balance competing priorities, while still effectively collaborating with colleagues
• Engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, and Physics
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance
• Experience coding in programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Must be planning on graduating in 2028. This should be your final internship before graduating
