Position Overview  
The Enterprise Change & Release Manager (BTS) leads enterprise-wide change governance, Epic release management, major incident response, and problem management. This role ensures technology and clinical stability by coordinating changes, resolving high-impact incidents, and driving long-term operational improvements across the Epic ecosystem and broader IT environment.

Key Responsibilities  
- Manage enterprise change processes, CAB meetings, risk assessments, and change calendars.  
- Lead Epic quarterly releases, upgrades, environment refreshes, and testing cycles.  
- Oversee major incident response, facilitate incident bridges, and communicate with leadership during outages or critical events.  
- Direct problem management activities, including root cause analysis, trend identification, and long-term remediation.  
- Partner with Epic Application, Technical Services, Infrastructure, and operational teams to ensure readiness and system reliability.  
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for change, incident, and problem management.

Qualifications  
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).  
- 5+ years in change management or IT operations. (or equivalent experience) 
- 3+ years supporting tier 1 environments or managing software releases.  
- Experience leading major incidents and conducting root cause analysis.  
- Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills.  
- ITIL certification preferred; Epic certification a plus.
