Innovation & Technology Internship - Tech Strategy Ops & Business Analytics Summer 2027 (Undergrad)

CVS Health is hiring an Innovation & Technology intern to support technology strategy, operations, and business analytics. The intern will use analytics, reporting, financial insights, and process improvement to help optimize technology operations and support strategic decision-making.

What you'll do:

• Build Power BI dashboards and reports
• Analyze technology costs and investments
• Improve operational processes through automation
• Conduct research and business analysis
• Support organizational planning and technology governance

What they're looking for:

• Meet educational requirements (see education section)
• You should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
• Have a graduation date between September 2027 to August 2028
• Have a major, minor or concentration relevant to the position. Examples include: Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration
• Have demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
• Have internship, work, or project experience in related field of Healthcare Technology
• Show strong written and verbal communication skills
• Possess problem solving skills
• Exhibit an analytical and growth mindset
• Have project management experience
• Have an interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
• Have experience with some of the following: + Technology business management, financial analytics, reporting, process improvement, change and organizational operations + Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, research, presentations and business communication + AI & Automation: Hands-on experience with, or strong interest in, AI, automation, generative AI, and low-code/no-code tools, with a desire to apply emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, business insights, and user experiences
