About this role
Job Purpose: To professionally handle customer orders for the company while creating a friendly and competent image. To assist the General Manager/Assistant Manager/ PIC in tasks as assigned.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)
- Creating a fun, positive and energetic vibe
- Execute our world class sandwiches. wraps, etc. at a fast, accurate and consistent pace
- Taking customer orders via in person and by phone
- Providing excellent customer service via in person and by phone
- Running a register while handling money or other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean work area and help to maintain store’s (kitchen, restrooms, parking lot(s) and lobby) cleanliness throughout the shift
- Assisting with food preparation (bread production, slicing, labeling, weighing, bagging, etc)
SKILLS, ABILITIES & REQUIREMENTS (but not limited to)
- Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift up to 50 pounds.
JOB SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Valid to work in the US
- Have 2 forms of Identification per federal i-9 form
- Ability to walk, lift, reach, stand, bend, etc.
