About this role

Summary/Objective

 

Inside Sales Associate - Regional Sales is responsible for driving growth of UltraCare support plans, FeNom Flo, GoSpiro, and other small system sales within the specified region by engaging customers via phone and email, recommending appropriate coverage, consumable, and small system options, and managing follow-up through close. This role partners cross-functionally and maintains accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and reporting to achieve regional sales objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Proactively engage customers to recommend UltraCare support options and drive renewals and new sales.
  • Identify needs and sell supplies/consumables, including quoting, order coordination, and follow-up to support recurring revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell FeNom Flo, GoSpiro, and other small system solutions by identifying customer needs, preparing quotes, and coordinating follow-up through close.
  • Record customer interactions, opportunities, and next steps in Salesforce to ensure accurate account history and follow-up.
  • Maintain CRM dashboards and reports to track account status, activity, and regional pipeline performance.
  • Follow established sales and compliance processes to support revenue generation for UltraCare Support Agreements.
  • Complete required product and process training to stay current on UltraCare offerings and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with Technical Services, Marketing, Finance, Service, and Field Sales to align solutions to customer needs.
  • Manage inbound and outbound call activity using ACD/call-queue processes and meet defined service-level expectations.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support proposal development and execution while meeting departmental and corporate requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain regular, reliable attendance and responsiveness during scheduled work hours.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality requirements for confidential and proprietary information (CPI).

Work Environment

The normal environment is quiet and typical of an open office setting with some areas that may be louder at times; along with time spent on the production floor, where environment can be louder due to equipment running. The environment is fast paced; time pressured and requires accuracy. Will be required to regularly multi-task between projects, move throughout the office building and effectively communicate.

  • Frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and occasional crawling.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional heavier lifting.

Travel

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales.
  • Ability to collaborate with others to arrive at appropriate conclusion utilizing compromise, persuasion, rationale and diplomacy. 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Responds purposefully in all situations. 
  • Consistently determines a course of action, which secures customer allegiance and supports the company's profitability. Ability to direct and manage national sales meetings effectively.
  • Knowledge of cardiopulmonary/gas exchange physiology and pathophysiology required. Knowledge of benefits and value of system features as they pertain to cardio-respiratory health management markets.
  • Proven proficiency to leverage customer relationship management systems (CRM) to increase leads, effectively close deals, drive customer satisfaction and safeguard margins.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, marketing, business discipline or equivalent.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Experience in inside sales, customer success, or contract renewals (telecommunications or technical products preferred).
  • Familiarity with MGC Diagnostics pulmonary and gas exchange equipment.
